Our Early 2019 Stories

We are thrilled to share our early 2019 stories!

The year started with the launch of the official partnership between our sister company, SFI Career Center, and American College Testing (ACT) last January 11. We will work hand in hand with SFI Career Center and ACT to improve Workforce Readiness in our country to help our government and build a stronger Filipino labor force.

Our CEO, Mr. Luis Alberto Anastacio II, expressed his gratitude to all our partners in the Government and Private Organizations for the past 4 years with his heartfelt message posted in his LinkedIn page.

BusinessMirror also published some of the key takeaways from the Philippine TalentMap Initiative wherein about 3 out of every 10 job applicants were found to still lack the essential ‘soft’ skills to get hired. 31.7% (18,928 of 59,704) of correspondents needs further training to increase their employability.

The Government Academe Industry Network (GAIN) gave our CEO the honor to become the first speaker for the 2nd National Convention last February 8 which focused on the Fourth Industrial Revolution. As part of our commitment to make every Filipino globally competitive, we shared the PTMI results and demonstrated its role in nation building.

On February 13th, Google Philippines officially became a partner of our joint job portal project with The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), PhilJobNet. Through this partnership, Google just made job searching a lot easier and more accessible to all Filipinos since their Artificial Intelligence (AI) can now show the most recent job openings posted in PhilJobNet by DOLE’s Accredited Employers.

This was briefly followed by an invitation from the¬†Unified Student Financial Assistance System for Tertiary Education (UniFAST). Our Executive team provided the PTMI report to team help them identify¬†the ESSENTIAL SKILLS for employability of students in the tertiary and collegiate levels. Shortly after, our Executive team also received an invitation to be part of Commission on Higher Education’s (CHED) En Banc meeting in Bohol, to discuss the vital role of identifying work skills and competencies as we enter the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

On behalf of the whole TalentSource and SFI Group of Companies team, we would like to thank all our partners and clients who continue to trust and work with us. We look forward to continue our nation building efforts with your help and make giant leaps in preparing the Filipino labor force for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Send us a message if you’re interested to TalentMap your workforce, here.
